How to Get 5-Star Reviews on Google
If you have ever wondered how to ask a client for a 5-star review on Google, this article is for you. It can be a bit nerve wracking to ask a client to write a public review, but if you follow these steps it’s easy and you can be sure you don’t end up with a 4-star review bringing down your reputation.
When to Ask for a Review
When you offer an excellent service, from time to time, you are sure to get glowing compliments from a client or two. Whenever I have a client that is overly thankful for the service we provide or is over the top with their praises, I send them an email that asks them for a review.
I’ll send an email that goes something like this:
Hello [client’s name]
I’m so glad you liked using our service. Of course, we are happy to help out any time. Please let us know if you need anything at all. We always love visiting [pet’s names].
Also, could I ask you to write a 5-star review for us on Google? No worries if you don’t have time, but if you would like to write a 5-star review for us on google I’d be happy to give you a free visit the next time you book.
If you would like to write a review for us, all you need to do is click here and write a review.
If there is any way we can make our service better, please just reply to this email and I’ll make sure we work to improve our service. I’m always looking for customer feedback so we can make our service better.
All the best,
